Christmas City, wonderful city....From The City Of Duluth Police Department, here are traffic and parking information for the Friday evening event:
On Friday, November 18, 2011, the 53rd AnnualChristmasCity of the North Parade will be held on Superior Street in Downtown Duluth starting at 6:20 p.m.
The parade route will be the same as last year. Parade units will assemble on Railroad Street. The p
