During my week off, my family and I went and did some tourist kinda stuff.  One of the places we visited was the the Vince Shute Wildlife Sanctuary.  We'd hope we'd see some bears but weren't sure.

Oh, the lengths you have to go for good food. This bear decides to climb across a tightrope to try and get its mitts on a dead beaver to eat. Some hunters watch, wildly amused by the creature, although we don't think they'd be chuckling as much if the bear decided it wanted to chow down on them for dinner...

Know what's funny as hell? A bunch of passersby in New York City getting scared by a hungry-ass bear.

A hungry bear strolled into Fat Tony’s pizza in British Columbia, Canada through an open door and then began chowing down on a few slices. Thankfully, a local news team got the footage.

It’s bad enough that bears have been known to attack random hikers. Now the animals seem to have graduated to grand theft auto. According to MSNBC, a bear gained entrance to a parked Toyota Prius in Lake Tahoe, California. Once inside the car, the animal destroyed the interior, then rolled down a steep 25-foot driveway after accidentally putting the car into neutral.

Yesterday my fiance and I went for a walk in the woods.  It was a beautiful day to go for a walk.  For some reason I started wondering what I would do if a bear jumped out in front of us. I did some research today and I found out that no one really can agree on how to defend yourself in a bear attack.  I guess the best thing is to carry a gun, or bear pepper spray.  I did find a pretty hilarious v
