I have NEVER been a fan of olives.  Oh sure, a few on a salad, or a pizza, I can tolerate, or 3-4 in my glass of beer, just as a conversation piece, but I've never been one to sit down with a jar/can of olives and just eat them like pickles......UNTIL NOW!  Belly up to the Olive Bar, ladies....let's look younger!!!  We've all heard of the benefits of olive oil, besides the fact that it can also provide a close shave and soften your cuticles... it's loaded with the "good" fats that fight heart disease and lower cholesterol.  Now research shows that olives are also chock full of Vitamin E, an antioxidant we need/want to fight the effects of aging!!!

No needles, no secret appointments, hoping that when you return to work, no one will notice that your lips have swollen to twice their size and you'll have to say "bee sting" again.  Nope, olives are put out for you to easily scoop up, pay for and run home to consume...or heck, eat em' in your car before you leave the grocery store parking lot.  There's a huge variety of interesting (and not so interesting, depending on your taste and if you're into adventure) olives with all sorts of flavors at your favorite supermarket Olive Bar.  You know the one, you've glanced at it and passed it up!!!  My suggestion (not that I've tried it, but it would be flavorful), would be the olives with the giant chunks of garlic....unless of course, you're heading out on a date.  A DATE????  Hmmmm, the anti-aging effect of olives must be working!!!  Have fun!
