Superior Garbage + Recycling Changes For Easter Week
The City of Superior Public Works Department has announced the accelerated schedule changes for the Easter holiday - affecting the week of April 6. Similar to other years, the department is shifting the collection date for some residences to accommodate the closure of business on Friday, April 10.
Here are the details: The garbage collection date for Monday routes will not change; those who normally have the garbage picked up on Monday will still see it collected then. The changes come for the remaining days of the week; residences with collection dates for the rest of the week should have their garbage out by 7:00 AM one day earlier than the normal scheduled day.
The recycling schedule is not changing this week. Any questions regarding recycling collection should call Hartel's/DBJ directly with any questions at 218-729-5446.
Additionally, the Municipal Landfill is closed to the general public at this time.
