Super Bowl LIVE to Run Ten Days in Downtown Minneapolis
While not everyone will be able to attend the upcoming Super Bowl inside U.S. Bank Stadium, the same cannot be said for Super Bowl LIVE. This free ,10-day festival will be located in downtown Minneapolis and it's open to the public.
According to organizers, Super Bowl LIVE presented by Verizon will open daily starting on Friday, January 26 at 4:00pm through Super Bowl Sunday, February 4. It will include food, music, a Northern Lights Projection Show, ice sculptures, and more cool things to see and do.
There will also be free concerts throughout the 10-day festival. Minnesota's own Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis have signed on to serve as Minnesota Music Ambassadors and to ensure that concerts will showcase the Minnesota Sound, with renowned local and national acts.
Super Bowl LIVE will stretch six blocks on Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis, from South 12th Street to South 6th Street, and every block will provide a unique experience.
