Sourthern Rock Storms the Grandstand Tonight at the Minnesota State Fair; Get the Complete Schedule Here

It may be the Minnesota State Fair, but that doesn't mean we can't get healthy dose of southern rock.  Tonight, the Great Minnesota Get Together welcomes Lynyrd Skynyrd onto the Grandstand stage.

Today is Seniors Day and Carousel Park will feature the State’s Largest Senior Stretch & Stroll and multicultural performances.

There's also Early Bird Specials until 1 p.m.

Tonight in the Grandstand it'll be perfectly fine to yell "Free Bird" at that top of your lungs as Lynyrd Skynyrd hits the stage.  The group has since been ranked by Rolling Stone magazine as one of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time and they've been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Collective Soul will open the show and tickets are still available.
