Silver Alert Issued For Missing 89-Year-Old Wisconsin Man

The Wisconsin Department of Justice has issued a Silver Alert for an 89-year-old man.

The Silver Alert is for Norbert 'Tony' Dantzman. He was last seen in Winter, Wisconsin on August 30th.

Winter is located about two hours from Duluth. This impacts the Northland area because, according to the Duluth Police Department, he may be hitchhiking in the area. Take a look at the photo above and see if you recognize him or if you've seen him recently.

Here are a few other things to note:

• He is a white male.
• He was last seen wearing a checkered shirt with a black vest, black pants, black shoes, glasses and a gray hat with a Marines emblem.
• He was last seen while staying with his family at a local motel in the Winter area.
• The last sighting of Dantzman was around 10 a.m. that morning.
