Showering, Among Other Daily Habits Can Be Bad For You!
Can you believe that showering daily can actually be bad for you? Or how about using a toilet? Eight hours of sleep? Rinsing after you brush? This is all pretty crazy stuff but some of it actually makes a little bit of sense.I read this article at Daily Mail's website. Well I know I'm going to continue to shower daily. But what about using a toilet? How can that be bad for you?
