I'm not sure exactly if this is legal or not, but I got a nice chuckle out of it. This may be a common thing in some places, but it's the first time I've ever seen a sign like this. We were out snowmobiling in Northern Minnesota when we whizzed by this sign near the trail. I actually turned around and went back to see if I saw this correctly.

It's located on a cabin road on the west side of Lake Vermilion near Cook, Minnesota. It's near Wakemup Village Road. There are a lot of cabins down that road, and obviously, some drinkers reside there as well.

They could be out for an evening walk with their martini and want to make sure people are on the lookout for them. Safety first as always.

I couldn't help when I first saw this to think of my favorite movie, The Big Lebowski.

"Careful man, there's a beverage here!"

I think I may need to get a sign for this for our little road leading to our cabin, or maybe something similar. I can't seem to find this particular sign online. Amazon does offer some funny crossing signs and other businesses have custom ones as well. So far this is the closest I could get on Amazon.

If someone knows where you can pick up one of these signs, let me know. I think there are quite a few neighbors at your lake that might get a kick out of this.

UPDATE 3/9/22 -

Within 12 hours of publishing this story, the people responsible for this sign reached out to me. It turns out that the reason you can't find this sign anywhere to buy is because it's a custom job! If you look really close, you can see that the martini glass is actually made from electrical tape. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but a woman messaged me that it was her father that did the custom job. Everyone on the cabin road had a good laugh that it was noticed. Maybe I'll have to come by for a drink this summer!
