A lot of people watch what they eat, and we're told to exercise and count our calories to maintain our weight.  But, unless our food is labeled it's hard to tell how many calories we are actually eating.

That's why I find this video so interesting.  It will show you what 200 calories looks like for different kinds of food.  Let's just say broccoli gives you a lot of bang for your calorie buck!
