Sam's Club is hopping on the curbside pickup train, announcing in a press release Wednesday (June 10th) that they will be rolling it out later this month to all their stores nationwide.

The perk will be for plus-level members only when it rolls out at the end of June. The chain has been testing it out at certain locations and after positive reviews, decided to roll it out to all of their stores.

When the curbside feature launches this month, those who have the plus-level membership and want to cash in can set up an account and place their orders online or in their app. Items available for curbside will be marked as "Pick up in Club." From there, members can pick out what they want, select a time to come get their items and then checkout.

Once the steps listed above are completed, members can arrive to their Sam's Club location and park in one of the designated curbside spots and wait for an employee to load the items into your vehicle. Same day pickup will be available.

The curbside pickup feature will be available during the following times:

  • Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sam's Club members who are not plus-level members will also be able to cash in on the service for a limited time with a more limited pickup schedule than that listed above.

The chain will also continue with their "Hero Hours" for healthcare workers and those battling COVID-19 on the frontlines. The special shopping period happens on Sunday mornings from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Sam's Club is located at 4743 Maple Grove Road in Duluth.
