This past Saturday the Arrowhead Robotics Coalition held a grand opening celebration for the new practice field inside Duluth's Village Mall. Up until now dozens of High School Robotics teams did not have anywhere to practice. The space was donated by F.I. Salter for the teams to prepare for the Spring Competitions.

Denfeld Nation Automation Business Captain Emma Natale spoke with WDIO and said "All of the sports teams have fields to practice on, and that's what makes them better. We haven't had that opportunity before, so to be able to have this space for us to use, to operate on, to be able to drive, it's such a valuable experience for us, and it's definitely going to help our team succeed at competitions."

The past success fo some of these teams is really incredible considering the fact they did not ever have a designated space. The space is designed and set up to resemble the competition planned for the state robotics competition in May. As of right now this is the only Robotics practice field outside of Minneapolis with a state grant helping fund the project. Best of luck to all the teams this Spring. For more on this story click here.
