RIP Alan Rickman, You Were My Favorite 'Bad Guy'

We learned this morning that British actor Alan Rickman has passed away at the age of 69. He was battling cancer, and was surrounded by family and friends at the time of his death. Rickman most recently was best known as Professor Snape in the Harry Potter movies. But, it was back in 1988 that he made his big screen debut as Hans Gruber in Die Hard. He made a great villain and 'bad guy' and he was one of my favorites. Here's some of the best scenes with Alan Rickman.

A very underrated movie was "Quigly Down Under." Rickman was a perfect bad guy in this film.

And of course, everyone remembers this.
