The dark fantasy Drama 'Supernatural' ran on The WB/ The CW for 15 seasons. Do you remember the episode when the Winchester Brothers went to Duluth?

The very popular show has made its mark on many people over the years including my sister who has been obsessed with the show since it premiered back in 2005. If for some reason you don't know the show, here's the synopsis:

The show follows brothers Sam and Dean Winchester, who travel across America in a black 1967 Chevy Impala investigating and combating paranormal events and other unexplained occurrences, many of them based on American urban legends and folklore as well as classic supernatural creatures such as vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and more.

The show aired for 15 seasons with it's series finale premiering back in 2020. If you're looking to reminisce or want to binge watch all 327 episodes for the first time, you can find it on Netflix, Prime Video, VUDU, or Apple TV.

Duluth has gotten two shout outs from the show, and if I'm wrong about that, I'm sure my sister will let me know immediately. The first shout out happened back in 2007 during the second season. Episode 14 was titled 'Born Under A Bad Sign' which had Dean running to Sam's side after he went missing for a week. He found Sam covered in blood with no recollection of what happened. Long story short, Dean uses GPS to find out that Sam is in good ole Duluth, Minnesota. The next scene happens to be in a "local" Duluth bar.

Now, the episode I'm talking about takes place in the second episode of season 14 that aired back in 2018 titled 'Gods And Monsters'. The episode takes place in Duluth and the summary of the episode is:

Sam finds a clue to Dean's whereabouts, so he, Mary, and Bobby set out to investigate. Castiel imparts some sage advice on Jack, who, still desperate to belong, seeks out a familial connection.

Best line of the episode happens about 3 minutes and 40 seconds in when Bobby says "Who goes to Duluth in October?". Sam can be seen searching police reports from Saint Louis County and looking at an online newspaper called "The Duluth Weekly". You can check out the full episode on Netflix or the other services I listed above. I did however find the opening scene on YouTube that you can watch below:
