Many families in the Northland have been hit hard in the bank accounts this year because of the Pandemic and that means Christmas looks bleak.

Operation Joy is hoping to get enough toys to take care of the families and kids this year giving them something to unwrap. They are looking for gifts for kids from 0 to 18 years old. When I talked to one of the organizers they said the gifts have to be new but don't have to be wrapped. Keep the gifts to stocking stuffers and gifts under $20. You can donate money too. If you want to donate cash, click here. Otherwise, use the link below to donate on your card.

If you are someone who makes blankets, hats, mittens, or scarves, please feel free to drop them off as a gift for families who can use them.

If you are a family in need you can also use the link below to sign up, but if you have already signed up for the  Salvation Army program, they ask that you don't sign up for this program. They told me they are wanting to help families that really need it and would prefer the families are honest when they apply. Families in need have until December 4 to sign up for help.
