Northern Lakes Rescue + The Boreal House to Host Dogs + Drinks Adoption Event
If you're looking to adopt a puppy or dog in need of a loving forever home, Northern Lakes Rescue has a fun and unique event coming up Monday where the public can meet dogs and enjoy drinks and great bar food.
The 'Dogs & Drinks' adoption event will take place Monday, June 21, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at The Boreal House in Duluth. The Boreal House, located at 330 N 57th Ave West, is a cool place that features a great cocktail and beer selection, including 16 rotating taps and a variety of Tall Boy cans. They also have bar food that includes a variety of nachos and "Duluth's Best Bread Pretzel".
So, in one evening, you can dig into all that goodness and then hopefully get the process started to adopt a furry new member to your family.
Northern Lakes Rescue prides itself on giving puppies and dogs the best care until they find their forever home.
We aren’t a typical rescue. We don’t take in dogs and put them in kennels until they’re adopted. All dogs we rescue are placed in loving foster homes that teach them to be the best dog they can be. We are able to tell you with certainty if a dog you’re interested in can be with your other dogs, cats, or children. We know our dogs inside and out.
Their staff features several volunteers that not only help save dogs in Minnesota shelters, reservations, and owner surrenders, but they also save dogs from Texas, including strays on the streets of Houston, Chained Dogs of Houston, and high-kill shelters.
The 'Dogs & Drinks' adoption is open the public.
