Hopefully, the Minnesota Vikings can avoid any kicking drama in the upcoming season.

The team decided that Dan Bailey is the guy. According to Tom Pelissero, the Vikings re-signed Bailey to a one-year deal that is loaded with incentives.

Pelissero says that Bailey's guaranteed base salary is $250,000 and can earn as much as $2 million with all the incentives.

In 2018, Bailey nailed 14 field goals and extra points for the Vikings. He was drafted into the league in 2011 by the Dallas Cowboys and played for them until 2017 when he was cut by the team. Bailey is the franchise's all-time leader in field goals and the second most accurate kicker in NFL history.
