Minnesota Still Has Classic 1990s Pizza Hut Restaurants

How did I not know these existed in Minnesota? I have to go on a road trip for nostalgia. Those red cups! The breadsticks. It looks just like I remember it from when I was a kid in the 1990s!

I saw a story on CBS News about how Pizza Hut is rebranding some of its locations to Pizza Hut Classics. The idea is that it will bring more people into the store. Stepping in takes you back to your childhood. There weren't many better places as a kid to go than Pizza Hut, especially if it had an arcade. Eating my own personal pan pizza, drinking out of the red cup, and loading up on breadsticks is a core memory.

So, I did some searching. It didn't take long to find the Retrologist's Guide to Pizza Hut Classics. It lists all the Pizza Hut Classic locations across the United States. I was surprised to see that Minnesota has so many! Unfortunately, none of them are very close to me, but you bet I'll be planning on a stop next time I'm over near Bemidji!
