Massachusetts Police Department Publish A Clown PSA Warning of Their Zero Tolerance Policy [VIDEO]

Dartmouth, Massachusetts Police Department put together a YouTube video warning potential clown pranksters or criminals that they have a zero tolerance policy and they will be arrested.  Is this something that our local police departments should do?
