They also looked at the gender education gap. This, along with a handful of other factors, helped analysts craft this list - where Wisconsin landed in the top three!

Madison came in at number three on this list, which is a huge accomplishment! Madison has a high percentage of high school diploma holders, and a high number of college-experienced adults, according to this study.

Minneapolis came in the top twenty here, but otherwise Minnesota didn't do too well on this one. There's always new studies coming out so hopefully Wisconsin keeps thriving and Minnesota does as well!
