If you've never tired yoga and have been curious about it, it's free at the Whole Foods Co-op.  A lot of places charge to go and do it and if the price is holding you back from trying, that won't stop you at this event.

On Tuesday, October 15th, from 5:30PM-6:30PM the Whole Foods Co-op is hosting a Yoga night.  Again, it's free, and no registration is required.  They do suggest you bring your own Yoga mat if you are able and no matter your level of experience you are welcome to attend.

Yoga has a lot of health benefits and can help improve flexibility, muscle strength, posture, decrease stress, relieve anxiety, and even improve heart health.  Those are just a few of the benefits.  Their relaxing Yoga session is being held in their Denfeld classroom located at 4426 Grand Avenue in Duluth, MN.  Space is limited so they suggest arriving early.  More details can be found here.
