Kellogg’s Special K Cereal Recalled; Contains Glass Shards

Kelloggs has recalled three different sizes of boxes of Kellogg's Special K Red Berries Cereal.  The cereal maker has said somehow glass shards have made there way into the cereal.  Read ahead for the recalled product numbers.

11.2-ounce package

22.4-ounce twin pack

– NOV 30 2013 KNB 105 15:00 to NOV 30 KNB 105 17:05

37-ounce package

– UPC Code 38000 20940

– Better if Used Before:

NOV 30 2013 KNB 107 17:31 to NOV 30 2013 KNB 107 20:05

Kellogg’s says only the three sizes of packaging listed above are included in the recall.

If your package has the letters KXA, KXB, or KXC following the Better if Used Before Date, it is also NOT impacted by this recall.

If you have a box of the recalled cereal, Kellogg’s says to not eat it and to contact the company (800-962-1413 Monday – Friday from 8AM – 6PM Eastern Time) to arrange for a replacement coupon.
