A woman in Milwaukee wasn't completely happy with her smile so she decided to get some veneers. She went on the internet and found Dr. J Dental Spa. She was impressed with the first visit so the patient paid $6,000 to have the work done.

A couple of days later, the veneers started falling out. Her mouth really hurt a lot and the teeth were all messed up. The woman asked for a refund but the dentist refused so a lawsuit was filed. To get the veneers fixed it cost thousands of more dollars.

During an investigation, it was found that the suspect was practicing dentistry without a license. The imposter had several complaints against her. The state had threatened the fake dentist but it didn't scare her off, she kept working at the practice.
