Gallery: Minnesota Companies That Appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank
Shark Tank is easily one of my favorite reality and competition shows on television. I love watching the pitches, and it's always cool to see everyday dreamers get the chance of a lifetime to present their business ideas to a panel of self-made tycoons.
If you aren't familiar with ABC's hit series, Shark Tank gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to pitch their products to multi-millionaire investors with the hope of securing a deal to take their company to the next level. Over the years, several startups and inventors from right here in Minnesota have actually appeared on the show to take their shot.

The show actually debuted way back in 2009. Daymond John, Robert Herjavec, Kevin O'Leary, and Barbara Corcoran have served as Sharks since the first season.
Kevin O'Leary was actually just spotted right here in Minnesota celebrating the 18th season premiere with fans and ordering a massive, jaw-dropping slice of cheesecake while he was in town.
