Insects Found in Food Reason for Latest Recall in Minnesota

We have a literal heat wave happening in Minnesota right now and my guess is you aren't heating soup on the stove.  If you bought some soup at the store though recently, you are going to want to read this story before you dump the soup in the pot.  Trust me...you don't want to eat what is in some soup that was just recalled.

Soup Sold at Trader Joe's Just Recalled Due to Insects in Product

Earlier this week, a recall was issued for cookies sold at Trader Joe's due to rocks found in the product.  If you missed that info, you can see all of the products that were singled out in that announcement here.

According to the Trader Joe's website, another product has been recalled and this time it is due to insects found in the food.  Yep.

• Product Name:  Trader Joe’s Unexpected Broccoli Cheddar Soup (SKU# 68470)
  • Use By Dates: 07/18/23 – 09/15/23

Thankfully, no one has been hurt and all of the stores have pulled the product from shelves.
