Popular Phrases Minnesotans Say That People From Other States Think Are Odd
Every year, brand new residents come from all over the world and decide that Minnesota is their new home. Last year alone, about 130,000 people moved to the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
Of those moving into Minnesota, the Center for Rural Policy and Development stated that about 21% of our new residents arrived from other countries, 28% come from states that border Minnesota, and about 52% take a trek from the rest of the states throughout the country.
