Woman Killed by Hit & Run Motorist Along Mille Lacs Lake

Onamia, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol is investigating a deadly hit and run that occurred yesterday along Mille Lacs Lake in central Minnesota.
The State Patrol report on the incident says 56-year-old Cathy Donovan of Onamia was walking along Highway 169 when she was struck by a northbound vehicle. Officials have not indicated if there were any witnesses or evidence at the scene that could help identify the vehicle involved.
Donovan was pronounced dead at the scene around 4:50 PM.
