I am actually surprised.  When I looked to see when all of the skiing and tubing areas would be closing for the season, there were still a couple of options if you do want to get that last minute bit of winter in.

Most everything around the greater St. Cloud are will be closing by the 16th, this coming Sunday.  And one has actually already closed.  With that said, there are two ski areas that will still remain open until the beginning of April.

This is from On The Snow.  Complete schedule of dates and depths along with grooming situations.  If you look at the options of what will still be open, there are a few options for the end of the month.  And two resorts that will remain open until the beginning of April.  That will be the two resorts that are in the very Northern area of Minnesota.
