2 Long Time Stores in Minnesota Closing Their Doors Very Soon
After we just had the news along with reports of people heading back to in-person shopping, we hear about two stores that will be closing their doors within the next few weeks.
Forever 21, which had filed for bankruptcy back in 2019, so before the pandemic, was bailed out of that in 2020, but it was not enough, as the two level store at the Mall of America will be permanently closing in January of 2025
But if you are thinking about getting anything from that store for anyone on your holiday shopping list, now would be the time to score some great deals. Mark downs are anywhere from 40-60% off.
There is another long time store that is based in Duluth, and also closing their store in the Mall of America. And that one is another women's clothing store; Maurice's. They will be closing their store at MOA in just a couple of weeks. The plan is to have that store closed by December 21st. That is in just 2 weeks. But just like with Forever 21, you can really get some great deals, as they are marking down up to 70% off the entire store.
There is also one other Maurice's store which will be closing later this month. That location is the Northtown Mall location in Blaine.
According to Bring Me the News, there is currently no word on what other retailer will be taking over those two spaces.
