Springtime in Minnesota has finally arrived, and with it, some beautiful blooms!

One Minnesota house with thousands of tulips planted in the yard actively welcomes visitors each spring to come and enjoy a dazzling splash of color.

A plaque near the sidewalk of this Twin Cities home even extends some welcoming and friendly words, hoping the flowers brighten your day "One flower at a time!" or "Maybe a few more than one!"

Where is this Minnesota 'Tulip House'?

A couple of blocks from Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis is where you'll find this home with a vibrant front yard.

At the corner of Humboldt Avenue South and West 25th Street in Minneapolis is where this house is located.

The landscaping in front of this home has changed quite a bit over the years, going from some small shrubs and grass around 2014 to a garden that has evolved into a tulip showcase in more recent years.

The homeowners really lean into the fact they're on a corner lot, with tulips lining both street-facing sides of their lot. They even have tulips planted in the space between the sidewalk and the curb!

This is located in a residential neighborhood, so it is just street parking. Depending on when you go, there may also be some crowds to contend with, so you may have to park a small distance away and walk.

The display is obviously free to enjoy, with the homeowners welcoming people to come, take photos, and, as a sign on the property says, "Do touch, see, smell" the tulips. The only request is that you be respectful to the flowers, the homeowner, the neighbors, and other visitors.

Tulips are in bloom now (as of the time I am writing this story). Tulip blooms generally last 1-3 weeks, so you still have a little time to go and enjoy this stunning show!

26 Funny, Quirky, and Weird Minnesota Lake Names

With over 10,000 lakes, Minnesota is bound to have some lakes with odd names. With dozens of lakes with names like Mud Lake, Long Lake, Rice Lake, or Bass Lake, here are some less common and more interesting lake names in the state.

I'll admit, I am certain there are many funny or quirky lake names I missed, but here are some that I did find amusing.
