With over 25 locations in Minnesota and growing, Chick-fil-A is quickly becoming a fast food favorite in the state, and their latest location hit a construction milestone yesterday.
Anticipation has been building for months for the arrival of the new Chick-fil-A location, the Chick-fil-A food truck has helped build that anticipation with several visits over the last year or so.

The End is Near - Opening Soon
Yesterday, while running some errands near the Miller Hill Mall in Duluth, I noticed something very exciting happening at the construction site of the area's first Chick-fil-A location.
The new Chick-fil-A is clearly nearing the end of the building process, and I'm sure we can expect an opening date soon, but yesterday the project hit an exciting milestone, the installation of the restaurant's sign.
Up Goes The Sign
A crew from Todd Signs was on location hoisting the Chick-fil-A sign onto its pole near Miller Trunk Highway yesterday afternoon, signage has also been added to the side of the building.
The new Duluth location was announced over a year ago, and construction started on the new location on the property of Miller Hill Mall, where the Park Bank once stood, back in May.
When Will the New Duluth Chick-fil-A Open?
The average Chick-fil-A restaurant is built in anywhere between 12 and 25 weeks, meaning that we are right in the window of a potential opening very soon. Could we be eating Chick-fil-A before Halloween? Stay tuned!
This will be Chick-fil-A's most northern location in Minnesota, most of the locations are scattered around the Twin Cities, but they do have restaurants in Rochester and St. Cloud, and soon in Duluth!
