Crisp + Green Salad Shop Announces Duluth Grand Opening Plans
Back in February, we learned that Minnesota-based salad restaurant Crisp & Green would be expanding to the Twin Ports area, opening alongside the new cookie shop Insomnia Cookies in the Shops at Bluestone in Duluth's Woodland neighborhood.
After a few months of work remodeling the space they'll occupy in the business destination near UMD, they're getting ready to open very soon!
What is Crisp & Green?
With a focus on offering chef-crafted, scratch-made salads, wraps, and more, this company that was founded in the Twin Cities aims to offer a healthy option that is also quick and convenient.
Their menu features salads, grain bowls, wraps, smoothies, acai bowls, and healthy kids' meals. The company's emphasis on healthy, quick, and convenient also offers build-your-own options that can be ordered in their shops or online via their website or through their mobile app.

The company opened its flagship store in Wayzata in 2016, expanding to Minneapolis in 2017, and now has 20 locations in Minnesota and shops in a total of 16 states.
The Duluth location will mark the first in Northern Minnesota and only the third outside of the Twin Cities area, with the others being in Mankato and Rochester.
When is Crisp & Green opening in Duluth?
Customers looking to get their first taste of Crisp & Green's Duluth location will be able to join them for their grand opening event on Saturday, August 3. The event will run from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, with an extra incentive to show up early.
The restaurant says they will give the first 50 people to visit the store free Frescas for a year along with a chance to win one of three $100 Crisp & Green gift cards.
