Is A Mister Car Wash Coming To Duluth?
Mister Car Wash was founded in 1969 and apparently, there could be a location planned in Duluth, Minnesota.
According to their website, not only "inspire people to shine", but they are also the largest car wash company throughout the United States. Mister Car Wash goes by a pretty simple formula, make people feel good by delivering a clean, dry, and shiny car every time. The company's brand also says they are anchored in quality, speed, and commitment to creating a memorable customer experience.
There are currently 21 locations in Minnesota (one in St. Cloud, three in the Rochester area, and 17 in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area). This would be the first location in the Northland, and the furthest north location in Minnesota.
The Development Tracker in Duluth has an updated post from September, 8th. However, all the post says is the address at 600 West Central Entrance. If the address is correct, it will be in the area where Duluth's first Popeyes and Chapter Aesthetic Studio will be. The area is still currently in development:
It's all apart of the space for the "The Jigsaw" building. The building will be close to Texas Roadhouse and across the street from Tires Plus and Members Cooperative Credit Union. The building has been in development and has been planned for several years. Like with any new construction, projects and tenants have changed. It will also be home to a future 664-square-foot building for a coffee shop.
