If you use the Interstate, you need to be aware of lane closures today and tomorrow.  Here's the skinny from MN DOT.

Motorists traveling on Interstate 35 in Duluth will encounter lane closures Tuesday, Feb. 14, and Wednesday, Feb. 15, while MP Nexlevel crews install fiber-optic conduit on the Garfield Avenue Bridge. This project was originally scheduled last week but was postponed because of a materials delay.

Traffic impacts are as follows, weather permitting:

Tuesday, Feb. 14 – There will be lane closures on southbound I-35 from south of Fifth Avenue West to south of Garfield Avenue. Signs will direct motorists when to merge.

Wednesday, Feb. 15 – There will be lane closures on northbound I-35 from I-535 to north of Garfield Avenue beginning shortly after 9 a.m. Signs will direct motorists when to merge. All lanes will reopen by 3 p.m.
