This expo is hosted by the American Indian Community Housing Organization and brings together chefs, food producers, musicians, artists, and community members.  It gives everyone the chance to experience flavors and culture from across Indigenous nations all in one place.  Everyone is welcome to attend this free event as it's open to the public.

Chef Sean Sherman, who is founder The Sioux Chef, will be the featured guest speaker.  There will be an Indigenous food cooking demonstration and food experts from around the world.  The goal of the event is to answer the question of what exactly is Indigenous food.

It's held on Saturday, September 21st, from 11:00AM-3:00PM at Central Hillside Park, located at 102 East 4th Street in Duluth, MN.  You can get more information about this free event including what else you can expect to see and learn there by checking out the American Indian Community Housing Organization website located here.
