Improvements Proposed To Trails in Superior Municipal Forest To Connect Billings Park To Osage Trail [VIDEO]

Superior Councilors Craig Sutherland and Brent Fennessey are proposing trail improvements to connect Billings Park trail systems with Osage Trail.  There already is one trail in use, but it is only for snowmobiles in the Winter.  A video has been created showing the proposed changes.
