I Heart Mac & Cheese To Open First Minnesota Location

A new mac & cheese chain restaurant is coming to the Land of 10,000 Lakes next month.

I Heart Mac & Cheese has over 50 locations across the United States. There are only a few locations in the Midwest including a few in Illinois, two locations in Michigan, and one in North Dakota. The first location in Minnesota will be at 425 Commerce Drive, Suite 103 in Woodbury.

The grand opening for the new Minnesota location will be Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 starting at 10am.

Just looking at this menu has my mouth watering. Here are the mac & cheese and bowl options:

Buffalo Bleu Mac & Cheese
Build Your Own Mac & Cheese
Chicken Parmesan Mac & Cheese
Classic Mac & Cheese
Lobster & White Truffle Mac & Cheese
Short Rib Philly Mac & Cheese
Skinny, Sweet & Spicy Bowl

Just those names alone, have me saying "yes, please". There are also grilled cheese sandwiches, and sides like Signature Mac Bites, Tater Tots, Tomato Soup, and more. There are also vegan options, desserts, and kid meals. There is also something called a Tacoroni, which is where you build your own mac & cheese stuffed inside a crunchy, nacho flavor taco shell. I am pumped that I Heart Mac & Cheese is getting a Minnesota location, now I just hope one comes up north here. The restaurant also does some pretty cool giveaways:
