Most of us know about the expensive tiny home for sale in Duluth. The 205-square-foot home was initially listed for sale at an astonishing $195,000. Checking back today, there is a price drop. It is now listed at $182,500. It's still not quite a bargain.

The tiny house has actually received nationwide attention, even being featured on CBS News. The tiny house was built as part of Duluth's goal to use spaces and lots to bring more housing into town.

The house located at 804 N 6th Avenue East was built during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and material prices were high, labor prices were high, and there were many obstacles to overcome. Still, the sticker shock is pretty hard to get over.

TikTok creator hellomynamesjon features real estate listings and has some pretty hilarious commentary. He recently shared some pretty funny comments on this tiny house. He says he'd like to roast it, but he can't with this little tiny grill.

He's not impressed with the storage either, saying there's "literally not enough room to store my Hamilton Beach Food Dehydrator.

Jonathon then asks the question many of us are wondering. Why in Duluth? You've got space, babe. He also guesses that the Property Brothers won't be liking this one.

There are some other comments in there that could be a little racy for some when it comes to the bedroom. (There's not a lot of headspace for activities.)
