Hayward’s El Tequila Restaurant Opening Location In Superior

A popular Mexican restaurant in Hayward is expanding to Superior this year. FOX 21 News is reporting that El Tequila Restaurant will be opening a location at the old City's 58th Street Diner in Superior located on Tower Avenue and North 58th Street in South End.

The diner closed back in January of this year,  and El Tequila's owner has taken over the location, with plans to open by June 1, 2019. Explore Superior reports the owners will also be opening a location in Minong, set to open April 5. The new Superior and Minong locations join the Hayward location, which opened in 2012, and a Spooner location, which opened in 2017.

El Tequila's Hayward location features an extensive lunch and dinner menu of Mexican dishes, salads, soups, and more. Their website for their Hayward location also highlights a full bar, as well as a Mexican candy shop. It is unclear if their Superior location will feature the same menu, bar, or candy shop, but we'll find out soon, being they hope to be open in just a couple months.
