Guy Fieri Names His Top Five Restaurants In Minnesota
The Mayor of Flavortown has spoken! We all know and love Guy Fieri as the host of Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, a Food Network favorite that has been gracing our television screens for years.
He's got pretty good taste, visiting a bunch of northern Minnesota restaurants throughout the years - and some even more than once!
He's been to Gordy's Hi-Hat a handful of times, along with stops at the Duluth Grill, the now-closed Shorty's Pizza & Smoked Meats, and more.
Now, the Food Network has shared a video of Guy's top five must-visit restaurants from Minnesota that have been featured on Triple D over the years.

Sad News For The Northland
Oddly enough, or maybe surprisingly enough, no restaurant in our neck of the woods made the cut! I thought that was strange, considering how restaurants featured on the show actually bring people to the Duluth area.

Of course, I'm referring to places like Northern Waters Smokehaus, the Duluth Grill and Gordy's Hi-Hat. None made the top five of the places people must visit in Minnesota. Sad!
Which Restaurants Made The Top Five?
The good news is, I just added five new restaurants to my 'must try' list! These are located all over the state so they may require a bit of a road trip.

According to the man himself, along with the Food Network, these are the five restaurants you have to try in Minnesota:
Sol Ave. Kitchen in Moorhead
Rustica Eatery and Tavern in Moorhead
Andale Taqueria & Mercado in Richfield
George and the Dragon in Minneapolis
Pizzeria Lola in Minneapolis
I don't know about you but now I am REALLY hungry.
