This is a huge bummer! A popular golf course in the Duluth area just shared a message that made me want to scream. What is the matter with people?

They shared this message early yesterday morning (June 10th), writing that someone has vandalized the property. You really have to be a terrible person to do something like this at all. How awful.

Their post did not include pictures or video but did include more details about what happened. The worst part is that they say this has become an 'ongoing' issue with the golf course, meaning this isn't the first time it has happened.

They also did not give any details on which part of the golf course was vandalized but they did mention that if anyone is caught vandalizing there again, they will be banned from the premises and charged, as they should be.

Grand View Golf Links is located along Grandview Road, hence the name. Many loyal customers and avid golfers chimed into the comments to support the business, which shows how loved it is in the community.

In closing, Grand View staff explained that they take pride in all they do to maintain the golf course and try to provide a welcoming atmosphere above all else. Like I said before, why would someone vandalize a business in the first place?

Now that golf courses are open and summer is here, let's spend our time soaking it all in and not waste any time being a jerk. Grand View staff ask everyone to respect the golf course. It's sad that they even have to do so!

Here's what they said:

We take great pride in our course and facilities and work hard to provide a welcoming environment for everyone. We ask all guests to respect the property so we can continue to keep Grandview a place the community can enjoy.
I am not a golfer and not good at golfing at all but I do enjoy the atmosphere and just hanging out watching people that do know how to golf! Whoever you are that did this, let's not be a jerk, okay?
