What better way to celebrate summer than to attend Duluth's wildest party? Literally.

The Lake Superior Zoological Society is hosting 'Zoo La Palooza' this Thursday, July 19th. The event lasts from 5 to 9 p.m.

"Palooza" takes place at Lake Superior Zoo, where you have the rare opportunity to explore the place after hours.

Not only will you get to hang with the cute creatures after hours but you can also enjoy live music, carnival games and bouncy houses. You can also meet and visit with a zookeeper.

There will be food and drink, with catering by Valentini's, Log Home Wood Fired Pizza, Green Mill and the Safari Cafe. Bent Paddle Brewing Company will be serving a special beer for the occasion as well.

Tickets are $20 dollars for adults 17 and older if you buy in advance with a price of $30 dollars at the door. Kids 16 and under get in for free. (You can purchase tickets here.)

The event is open to the public so stop by!

All proceeds will benefit the zoo. It sounds like a wild time!
