Because of COVID-19 many of the organizations are in need of money for operating costs. The Boys and Girls Club is one of those.

The Cast Iron Bar & Grill, Stokke’s Meat Market, and Twin Ports Entertainment will be hosting a Boys and Girls Club fundraising event Friday, September 18th.  There will be a Big Tent set up outside so people can space out a little, and tickets are limited to ensure safe social distancing. The Cast Iron Bar & Grill is located at 5906 Old Miller Trunk Highway.

  • Entertainment from GB Leighton and the Northwood’s Band
  • A chance to win prizes

100% of the proceeds benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Northland and the youth in our community. According to their website, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland, are dedicated to programs and services that will empower kids and help them to thrive in the future. Boys and Girls Club offers programs that promote academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. Thousands of kids benefit from trained, caring, professional staff, and volunteers who help them enrich their lives, envision their goals, and achieve great futures. These kids grow up in this area and take advantage of the programs in our back yard.
