After selling his $2 million home in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, former Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer is selling something else to benefit the Mike Zimmer Foundation.

In a post on the foundation's Instagram account, the first one since Zimmer was fired as coach, they are offering for sale a 2018 Polaris Slingshot SL once owned by former Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph, you can see his number 82 stitched into the headrests. The Slingshot features a 173-horsepower GM Ecotec engine.

The Slingshot is painted in a limited-edition Icon Midnight Purple paint and the Vikings logo on the hood. The three wheels of the motorcycle feature some gold highlights, making this the perfect gameday ride for any Vikings fan.

The Mike Zimmer Foundation is asking $21,000 for the Slingshot that has only 813 miles on it. Buyers would need to pick up the ride from Walton, Kentucky, where Zimmer's ranch is located, or make arrangements to have it shipped at the buyer's expense. The foundation is talking to serious inquiries only, and anyone interested can email  mikezimmerfoundation@gmail.com.

Watching the interview below from 2020 with Kyle Rudolph will give you a little history of this particular Slingshot, it appears that Mike Zimmer was the winner of this auction to benefit Rudolph's charity, and now Zimmer is doing the same for his charity. Pretty cool of both guys. SKOL.

Zimmer was head coach of the Minnesota Vikings from 2014 until early in 2022 when he and the team's GM Rick Speilman were fired after having missed the playoffs again. Zimmer is spending most of his time at his ranch, as of now, he is jobless and still hasn't reentered the NFL, I can't imagine that he hasn't gotten any offers though, so maybe he's waiting for a specific job or just another crack at being a Head Coach next season.
