Eric Church is no stranger to having hits. With singles like "Love Your Love the Most," and "Guys Like Me," Church has been successful with his previous two albums. Both Sinners Like Me and Carolina earned top 30 billing in the Billboard 200 listings, which is nothing to snub - but who doesn't want a number one album?

His latest effort, Chief, has lived up to the hype and launched straight to #1 not only on the Billboard Country charts, but also on the Billboard 200 album chart. Powered by the single "Homeboy," Chief has been an instant hit with his ever-growing fanbase.

In an interview with Billboard Magazine, Church said he's felt a little constricted creatively in the past, but this album felt like the time to let loose:

"We've had enough success now that I can push the envelope," Church says. "I held back a little bit sometimes because I was afraid people would think I'd lost my mind. Then 'Smoke a Little Smoke' was a hit... I saw it work when everybody told me it wouldn't. I decided that whatever little bit of rope they gave me on that song, I just tied it to the back of the truck and took off down the road."

In an effort to spread the word about his new album, Church is offering the bonus track, "Lovin' Me Anyway," off Chief through his website. If you'd like to snag the song, hit the link here.
