Ahead of the show, I had the chance to talk to Emily Ann Roberts. She has been making a huge name for herself in Nashville over the years and is absolutely killing it. She just scored her first ACM Award nomination, in fact, for New Female Artist Of The Year.

You probably remember her from The Voice, where she was the runner-up for season nine. You probably guessed it that she was on Team Blake, of course.

B105 Talks To ACM Award Nominee & Country Artist Emily Ann Roberts

The country artist called into The Breakfast Club on Monday (June 8th), a few days out from her show on the Iron Range! She was on her tour bus headed to her next show after getting to play a gig in Hawaii.

We talked about so many things, including her first ever nomination at the ACM Awards this year. We also talked about what we can expect from her show in Chisholm this week AND she answers some fan questions, too!

You can hear our full two-part conversation now beginning at the 9 minute 30 second mark below or you can listen on demand using our B105 app.

I am calling it right now: Emily Ann Roberts is going to be a huge star! She already has a massive fan base and a true authentic sound. Her songs are also so fun and of course, she absolutely kills it at the social media game as well.

I have never seen her perform live so I am super excited, especially after getting the chance to talk to her and see how passionate she is. I will be at the show bringing you announcements from the stage. See you there!

Famous Singers from The Voice, Then + Now

Ten years (and counting) made a huge difference for many of the most popular singers and stars of The VoiceBlake Shelton looks noticeably different, but so do some of country music's most memorable performers.

Winners like Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery wore baby faces when they auditioned during their respective seasons. The same can be said for Morgan Wallen, a forgotten castmember from the show who's transformed more than anyone else on this list of The Voice stars then and now.
