The Duluth Dylan Fest is canceled, as far as the outdoor celebration goes, but according to a press release on the official Facebook page.

So, what they are going to do on the Facebook page is have people give performances in a virtual concert series. From May 16th through the 24th people will be giving their performances online through the Facebook live platform. This year Bob Dylan's 79th birthday falls on the last day of the celebration.

The Duluth Dylan Festival committee came up with the idea of having live stream performances in order to try to keep the Dylan Festival alive. With everyone putting on concerts at home and on location, they thought it would be the perfect venue to present the concert series. According to the Facebook page, some of the performers include Marc Gartman, Cowboy Angel Blue, Gene LaFond, and Amy Grillo. You can also find the Bob Dylan Revue Concert from 2019 on Youtube that was performed at Sacred Heart Music Center. According to the press release, the Bob Dylan Revue Band, lead by Mark Bennett has done quite a few shows in the 90s and 2000s

There will also be some other special events and people can find them at Facebook or the official website below.

The committee is already planning for next year because Bob Dylan will turn 80. All the announcements will also be on Facebook and the website. The dates for Duluth Dylan Fest 2021 are going to be May 22-30.
