Duluth’s Bentleyville Announces Free Concert Series With Chris Hawkey
It's hard to believe but the Bentleyville Tour Of Lights will soon be opening once again for the holiday season, attracting people from everywhere to be immersed in the festive holiday spirit.
Santa himself will be flying into Bentleyville on Saturday, November 18 to help turn on the 5 million lights and officially open the attraction for 2023. It will then be open through Tuesday, December 26.
The hours for Bentleyville in 2023 are 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. If you can get there at 5:00 p.m. each day, you can take part in the fun countdown to turn on those 5 million lights!
If it's a cold night, you can always arrive before 5:00 p.m. and stay warm browsing in the gift shop, which is warm and full of Bentleyville Tour of Lights souvenirs.
Once inside you'll not only enjoy all the light displays, but there will also once again be complimentary treats from the Cookie House and Popcorn Factory, and remember to stop by the Marshmallow Hut to get a marshmallow to roast over one of the many cozy fires inside Bentleyville.
Bentleyville Tour Of Lights also has something new to check out this year, but it'll only be available for one night.
They announced this week that on Friday, December 1, there will be a free acoustic solo concert series with Chris Hawkey, the popular Minnesota country/rock artist.
Hawkey will have three performances on December 1, at approximately 7:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., and 9:00 p.m.
Having Chris Hawkey perform, if even for one evening, will certainly be a welcome addition to what is already an amazing place to be each holiday season.
