Duluth Police Department Launches New Volunteer Group Tomorrow

The Duluth Police Department is launching a new foundation that will be a non-profit volunteer-led group established to provide grant funding for public safety initiatives throughout our community.  You're invited to show your support and learn more about the foundation tomorrow.

Plan on attending the event at the Clyde Iron Event Center, 2920 West Michigan, Street tomorrow, October 17th, 5-7p.

You'll enjoy pizza and a beverage while you experience a variety of displays from the Duluth Police Department – police K9, mobile command post, and historical police equipment.  Of course, you can get more information about some of the volunteer opportunities in our community – Police Reserves, Citizen Patrols, Police Explorers and School Crossing Guards.

Tickets can be purchased at the door: individual tickets are $7.00, family tickets are $25.00 – all proceeds benefit the Duluth Police Foundation.
