This is the best way to start a day: free coffee! Duluth Coffee Company will be spreading the love with just that come Wednesday.

On Wednesday, October 21st, Duluth Coffee Company will be giving out free cappuccinos. Head to their downtown Duluth location between 10 a.m. and noon to get yours.

It really is that simple! COVID-19 policies will be in place at the event. You must wear a mask and social distance from other customers also cashing in on the treat. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. There will also be hand sanitizer on location.

It should also be noted that there will be no other drinks available. Cappuccinos will be the only thing given out at the event but milk substitutes will be available.

According to a post on the company's Facebook page Thursday (October 15th), they want to celebrate eight years in business. That's not all though. They want to offer up some free coffee so their loyal customers can "pay it forward and go spend some money at all of the places that serve and sell" their coffee. Their coffee can be found at local grocery stores like Cub Foods, Super One and others.

By the way, Duluth Coffee Company will be opening again. Although they did not give an exact date on when that is, they did assure customers it will happen sometime in the future. In mid-March, along with most other businesses in the Northland, the business closed their doors due to the pandemic.

Duluth Coffee Company is located in Downtown Duluth at 105 East Superior Street.
